Marianna Nehoda was born in the Ukraine and comes from a family of professional musicians. After graduation from the State Academic Conservatory of Lvov, Ukraine, she continued her career as a piano soloist and accompanist with a chamber group. She performed in numerous competitions throughout the former Soviet Union, Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria. During this time, she received an honorary title, “Accompanist of Hi-Level Category.” Since 1997 she has performed throughout Western Europe, USA and Mexico as a piano soloist, accompanist, and with chamber groups. Marianna also performs with her husband, an acclaimed ballet dancer. Marianna continues performing, teaching and is a ballet class accompanist. She has accompanied more than 300 master classes for famous ballet masters and dancers such as David Hoffman, Tatiana Paly, Nicolas Makhateli, Patricia Barker, Victoria Schneider, Sasha Radetsky, Leonid Sarafanov, Aleksey Moscalenco, Martin Friedman, Gennadiy Saveliev, to name of few. Marianna has accompanied the Japan Grand Prix competition and she is permanently accompanying the YAGP competition in different cities of USA. Ms. Nehoda is continuing to work with different ballet companies and studios in California and she accompanies the Pre-Professional I and II Technique class at SEDMA.
